100 positive things.

So my lovely friend, Drew, recently started making a list of 100 positive/optimistic thoughts each day in his blog. He suggested I do it too, and I ended up sending him my lists through Facebook messages. Instead of just sharing it with him, I thought I'd also make my own blog for my lists and to share other positive things :)

Since I try not to repeat anything from previous lists, they make me dig deep for really simple things, things that I tend to overlook and take for granted. Sometimes the lists include material things or just positive thoughts, but either way, they have really increased my positivity. I go throughout my day finding so many positive things that I want to put on my list and get excited to sit down and spill out 100 things at the end of the day.
